Wire Guides
Product Overview
Wire guide tubes (known also as wire guide nozzles, eyelets and needles) are commonly used on automatic multi-spindle tag-wrapping machines in the process of coil winding.
All of our wire guides have been custom designed to provide a seamless route for enamelled copper wire from reel to coil; we work consultatively to provide the right wire guiding solution for our customer’s needs.
Eurotubes produces the ‘E Range’ of wire guides as a basic starting point for standard coil winding machinery. Our tubes are made from high carbon steel, hardened and tempered to HRc 62-65.
We’re smart enough to produce our own raw materials at The Factory; for you as our customer this means:
- Tube dimensions to your specification
- Fast response for non-standard material sizes
- Flexibility for large or small quantity orders
- A guarantee of consistency in quality
If you have a new design enquiry, tell us the wire gauge and the maximum tube tip diameter - we’ve already done the stress tests on wire gauge variations, so you can be assured that your wire guides will work perfectly, first time.
Wire guide tube sizing is defined by Eurotubes in the following way:

When contacting us, please use this sizing format sequence: A, D, L1.

When contacting us, please use this sizing format sequence: A, B, D, L1, L2.
Our part numbers can be located by using the Eurotubes Tube Finder software. It's quick and easy to use - simply plug your wire guide dimensions into the software and our part # for that sizing will be presented. If the wire guide you require does not appear in the list, it is likely to be on our non-standard / sample list, for which we do not publish details.
