This advanced inspection system is equipped with:
- PH10T motorised probe head for versatile and precise measurements
- MCR20 probe-changing rack to streamline inspection processes
- QCT USB controller and joystick for enhanced operator control
- Pro64 CAD inspection software for powerful, CAD-driven metrology
The addition of this cutting-edge technology further strengthens Eurotubes’ in-house quality control capabilities, ensuring that every component we manufacture meets the highest standards of accuracy and performance.
QCT provided comprehensive onsite training to our team, ensuring a turnkey solution tailored to our product range. While the machine was being built at QCT’s Derby facility, they supported us with subcontract inspection services — allowing us to continue meeting customer requirements without interruption.
