Eurotubes will issue credit note(s), and reimburse in full, any defective items or if the item is not of a satisfactory standard.
The goods must be returned in an unused condition and – once received in house at our Corporate Headquarters – only then will a refund be processed and credit note issued.
We will not accept liability for incorrectly chosen needles for your application, but reassure you of our 100% quality check/inspection procedures and product liability insurance if it’s proven our guides are at fault.
