These precision components are essential in automated stator winding machines, where enamelled copper wire is inserted, wrapped, and layered around stator poles with speed and accuracy.

Since 1999, Eurotubes UK has specialised in the rapid prototyping, design, and production of stator and rotor winding needles. Today, we operate from a state-of-the-art facility using CAD-CAM-CNC machining, proprietary techniques, and advanced polishing systems to deliver world-class components trusted by electric motor manufacturers worldwide.
We support both low-volume, small batch manufacturing and high-volume production, with lead times as fast as 7-10 working days for new needle designs. For returning customers, we aim to hold stock for same-day dispatch.

• Specially hardened tool steels & advanced powder metallurgy alloys

• Fully customised geometries including angled exits, wire deflectors, and anti-jam profiles
• Internal bores as fine as 0.20mm
• Tapered, oval, or elliptical shaped bores to suit specialised wire handling or dynamic winding conditions
• Mirror-finished internal radii forms and polished bores for safe and consistent wire passage

Winding needle pricing depends on the design complexity, features, and finishing requirements. As a general guide, batches of 6 pieces typically range from £150–£350 per needle.
